JobNerve (Android app “JobNerve”, developer JobNerve) · Last updated 2 October 2026
You can ask for your JobNerve account, or just some of your data, to be deleted at any time. It costs nothing and you don’t need to give a reason.
Your login was set up by the company you work for, so there are two ways to have it deleted:
| When a crew member’s account is deleted | |
|---|---|
| Deleted | Your login and sign-in details (email, password, PIN, two-step settings), any email account you connected, and the location trail recorded while you were on the clock. |
| Kept by your employer | Your name and your hours — each shift’s clock-in and clock-out times and the place you clocked in and out — because employers are required to keep payroll records. Also the business records you worked on (jobs, customer notes, photos, estimates and invoices), your time-off and time-change requests, and the history of changes to your hours. None of it can be used to sign in. |
| When a business account is deleted at the owner’s request | |
| Deleted | Everything in the company: customers, jobs, estimates, invoices, photos, time clock and location records, and every user login, within 60 days of the request. |
| Kept | Only what the law requires us to keep, such as billing records for tax purposes. Card payments are processed by Stripe, which keeps its own records under its own legal obligations. |
Email jobnerve@gmail.com and tell us what you want removed — for example your location history. If it belongs to your employer’s business records we will work it out with them, and we will tell you what was deleted within 30 days. Admins can also delete photos, customers and other records themselves inside the app.
